The training at Functional Idaho allows me to push myself and set attainable goals in strength, endurance, and overall fitness. It’s been a huge mental lift as well as a physical and healthy lift. It has really set up a different lifestyle for me. The great thing about Functional Idaho is that the trainers will push you, but also know that every person is different in what they can handle. They will work within the parameters and limits needed.

I train so I can reach my [soccer] goals, giving me an advantage going into those top levels. An added benefit is becoming stronger and more fit so I’m able to play all game [and against bigger and stronger opponents]. I love seeing the progress I’ve made over the weeks and months, strength as well as mentally. I’m more confident on the field knowing I put in the work to get to where I am.

Functional Idaho partnerships are the real deal! I have shared specific goals with Tim, my personal trainer, and he has exceeded every expectation in building a phased training plan tailored to me and my goals. The vibe at Functional Idaho is different from any gym I’ve been a part of and it’s the partnership values that make it different. I am truly pleased with the progress so far and I have ultimate confidence in Tim’s expertise and instruction- it feels like Tim is equally invested in my success. I love the facility and the 24-hour access. I challenge anyone out there to find a better gym!
