Zoe Rademacher
Collision Coordinator & Coach
Zoe grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and discovered her passion for health and fitness at 16 through gymnastics, which gave her a strong foundation in movement, discipline, and well-being.
Overcoming challenges with disordered eating shaped her mission to help people become the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. She believes true health is built on consistency and follows the philosophy that results come from 80% nutrition and 20% fitness. This balance drives both her coaching and her work as an entrepreneur in supplementation and skincare, where she is passionate about creating solutions that align with real health.
Zoe’s coaching style emphasizes athletic and powerful training, combining elements of plyometrics, conditioning, and functional strength to build both performance and confidence. She also loves working with kids, encouraging them to develop a healthy relationship with movement from an early age. As both a coach and collision coordinator, she is dedicated to building community, supporting others with genuine care, and creating an environment where people of all ages can grow through discipline, determination, and consistency.
Beyond The Gym

Let’s get Real. What is your largest health and fitness thorn? How do you prune this thorn?
One of the biggest things I’ve had to work through, and honestly still continue working through; is learning how to slow down and truly recover. I love working hard, building businesses, training, and staying productive, but for a long time my nervous system stayed in “go mode” 24/7, and I still catch myself slipping back into that at times. That eventually showed up as stress, fatigue, and feeling disconnected from my body. My health is extremely important to me because I’ve realized that when your health suffers, every area of your life suffers with it. Outside of my relationship with Christ and my husband, my health is one of the things I value most. I prune that thorn by prioritizing Sabbath, finding the things that help regulate my nervous system, and creating routines that help me feel grounded and present again. Things like strength training, outdoor adventures, walking, sunlight, quality food, faith, community, and even singing have all become important parts of that for me.

Results matter Most. Why are you a Personal Trainer? What motivates you to Coach people?
I love helping people become more confident in themselves physically and mentally. Training is so much bigger than workouts. It teaches discipline, resilience, confidence, and self respect. What motivates me most is seeing people realize they are capable of more than they thought. Whether it’s helping someone move without pain, feel strong again, lose weight, gain confidence, or simply enjoy movement again, those moments matter to me. I want people to feel supported, encouraged, and capable when they walk into the gym.

Education is Success. How are you better than all the other personal trainers? What makes your Coaching different?
I honestly do not think there is a “one size fits all” personal trainer. Every coach at Functional Idaho brings something unique to the table, which is one of the things I love most about our community. My coaching focuses on meeting people where they are at while creating an environment that feels encouraging, supportive, and challenging in the right ways. I want people to understand why they are doing something, not just be told what to do. I care a lot about long term health, recovery, movement quality, and helping people build habits they can actually sustain outside the gym. I also really enjoy more athletic style training with functional movement, plyometrics, conditioning, and helping people move confidently and efficiently in everyday life. I especially love coaching kids because movement can build so much more than physical strength. It can teach confidence, discipline, resilience, teamwork, and leadership at a young age. Watching kids grow nto more confident versions of themselves is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching for me. As a coach, I’m still learning and growing too, and I think that is important. The health and fitness space is always evolving, and I want to continue becoming better for the people I work with.

Are you human? Who are you outside of the Gym? What are some of your hobbies you enjoy?
I am human! Outside of the gym, I’m very creative and passionate about wellness, branding, and building meaningful things. I co-founded Joyful Humans, a wellness company focused on nervous system and gut-brain health, and I also founded Radiant & Real, my tallow skincare brand focused on simple and nourishing products. I love creating content, writing, art, singing, bouldering, and bringing ideas to life. I also love being outdoors, going on spontaneous adventures, trying new coffee shops and cafes, strength training, spending time with people I care about, and continuing to learn and grow as a person.

You’re my People. When is the best time to connect with you? How do you like to meet new clients/friends?
I love connecting with people in a genuine and relaxed way. The gym is one of my favorite places to meet people because movement naturally brings people together. I’m always happy to talk before or after classes, during community events, or through social media. The best connections usually start with simple conversations and shared goals. I love meeting people who are motivated to grow, improve themselves, and support the people around them.
